The Must-Visit New Kid on the Block
The Old Firehouse Brewery is the perfect destination for locals who want to enjoy some suds and tourists who want to see what the craft brewery hype is really all about. Venture on over to the Old Firehouse Brewery’s taproom between 4 and 9 p.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, between 4 and 11 p.m. on Fridays, from noon until 11 p.m. on Saturdays or from 1 until 8 p.m. on Sundays. This taproom is as comfortable as it gets, with ample room to bring a group and enjoy an evening. The OFB can even accommodate groups for large-scale events.
The brewery opened in September 2014 but has already made quite a name for itself. You’ll find only the freshest handcrafted beer made with the best ingredients at OFB. Be sure to try one of the OFB’s signature brews. The Pin-Up Girl is one of the most popular. This smooth American Blonde Ale has a beautiful golden hue, a succulent malty taste and hints of fruit.
