BATAVIA, Ohio – The Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) is pleased to announce its recent promotion of Lauren Freeman to Director of Marketing. Lauren previously served as Digital Marketing Coordinator. In her new role, Freeman will lead the CVB’s marketing efforts, overseeing digital marketing, social media, content development, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that showcase Clermont County as a destination.

“Lauren has made a tremendous impact since joining the Discover Clermont team,” said Sarah Gleason, President of the Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau. “Her creativity, fresh perspective, and passion for Clermont County make her a great fit for this role. I’m excited to see what she brings to our organization in this new position as we continue to grow tourism in Clermont County.”

“I’m incredibly excited to step into the role of Director of Marketing and continue growing the marketing efforts,” said Freeman. “As someone who calls Clermont County home, I know firsthand how much this community has to offer. I’m looking forward to telling the stories of people, places, and experiences that make Clermont County special and inspiring more visitors to discover it for themselves.”

A lifelong Clermont County resident who calls New Richmond home, Freeman earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication and an Associate degree in Digital Media Communications from the University of Cincinnati. She brings experience in digital media, content creation, marketing strategy, and destination storytelling.
