Dead Low sits on the East side, along the Ohio River, near Riverbend and Belterra Casino. Relax in the large beer garden while enjoying a variety of beers - lagers, pilsners, Belgians, sours, historical beers (like their Kottbusser), etc. Choose from burgers, steaks, ribs, wings, pizzas, vegetarian options, even dishes that use their beer in the recipe (beer-battered haddock, beer cheesecake). The name “Dead Low” refers to the minimum depth a river is navigable — if a boat can’t find “dead low,” it runs aground. It positions the brewery as belonging to its community, pulling from local history, not just selling beer.
