Sarah Gleason

Sarah Gleason serves as President of the Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she leads the organization’s efforts to advance the travel and tourism economy of Clermont County. In her role, Sarah provides strategic leadership for destination marketing, tourism development, sales, partnerships, community engagement and initiatives that increase visitation, strengthen the county’s tourism industry and generate economic impact for local communities.

Sarah joined the Clermont County CVB in December 2014 as Marketing and Communications Manager and has spent more than a decade helping grow Clermont County’s profile as a destination. Prior to becoming President, she served as Director of Marketing, leading the organization’s brand development, marketing strategy, public relations, digital presence and award-winning destination marketing efforts.

Before joining the Clermont County CVB, Sarah worked in the hospitality industry at the Holiday Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Eastgate and The Golf Club at Stonelick Hills. She holds a degree in Communication with focuses in Public Relations and Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. Sarah resides in Goshen, Ohio, with her husband and two sons, Palmer and Beckett. 

Madison Hornsby

Madison Hornsby serves as the Director of Sales for the Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau, where she leads the organization’s sales and sports tourism efforts. In her role, Madison works to attract sporting events, meetings, and group business to Clermont County while building strong relationships with event organizers, venues, hotels, and community partners.

Madison joined the Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau in September 2023 as the Digital Marketing Coordinator, where she led the organization’s social media and digital marketing efforts. In December 2025, she transitioned into the Director of Sales role, bringing her experience in marketing, relationship building, and destination promotion to the position.

Before earning her degree, Madison attended the University of Findlay, where she was a member of the women’s volleyball team. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Madison currently resides in Hillsboro, Ohio, with her fiancé, Kendall, and their golden retriever, Hank. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and staying connected to the sports community.

Lauren Freeman

Lauren Freeman joined the Clermont County Convention and Visitors Bureau in August 2025 as the Digital Marketing Coordinator and was promoted to Director of Marketing in September 2026. In her role, Lauren leads the CVB’s marketing efforts, developing digital content, social media, campaigns, and storytelling initiatives that showcase Clermont County as a destination.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communication and an Associate degree in Digital Media Communications from the University of Cincinnati. She brings a background in digital media, content creation, marketing strategy, and destination storytelling.

A lifelong Clermont County resident, Lauren calls New Richmond home. Outside of work, she enjoys music, creative projects, traveling, and discovering new places throughout Clermont County and beyond.
